ABA Built for Life Outside Therapy
Many families see progress during sessions but struggle to see it last once therapy ends. Milestone designs in-home ABA so skills show up during daily routines, school days, and real life, not just while a therapist is present.
Treatment plans are written by supervising BCBAs, reviewed regularly, and adjusted based on how skills carry over outside therapy time, not just during sessions.
This is generalization-first ABA.
Skills still work when therapy is over.
“Progress inside sessions is common. What matters is whether skills still show up after therapy.” Milestone Clinical Team

ABA Therapy That Reduces School Stress
When home therapy and school expectations don’t match, children feel it and parents manage the fallout. Milestone programs are written to reduce friction between home therapy and the classroom so expectations stay consistent across environments. When a child already has an IEP, treatment goals are aligned directly to existing objectives rather than running in parallel.
Supervising BCBAs coordinate directly with school teams as needed, helping skills practiced during therapy remain consistent throughout the school day and beyond.
Our team will help guide you through insurance verification, assessments, and getting therapy started as smoothly as possible.
Progress summaries are documented in formats schools and IEP teams can easily reference.

BCBA Supervision Is Built Into Care
At Milestone, Board Certified Behavior Analysts remain directly responsible for clinical direction throughout care.
BCBAs complete assessments, develop treatment plans, review session data, and make adjustments as goals are met or refined. To maintain consistent clinical direction, Milestone BCBAs intentionally limit caseload size so care does not feel rushed or stretched thin.
Supervising BCBAs remain consistent over time so Families always know who is responsible for decisions, changes, and progress.

Michael Torres, BCBA

When leadership stays close to care, progress stays consistent.
Structured Therapy That Respects the Home
In-home ABA only works when it respects family space, time, and privacy. Milestone uses predictable schedules, consistent team members, and clear session boundaries to minimize disruption. Therapy integrates into existing routines rather than taking over the household.
Session structure and boundaries are designed to respect family privacy and household routines.
